Job Description - CBRS/CM

S.T.A.R.R. Family Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a CBRS Specialist and Case Manager. We are looking for the right fit (motivated, compassionate, and driven) to provide one on one behavioral interventions to children and adults with emotional struggles. CBRS Specialists with an understanding of community resources, the Optum model of care, and intervention strategies for individuals with emotional challenges is a bonus! The objective for this position is to connect participants to community resources and assist in skill building within the participant's environment of choice, while preventing transition to a higher level of care. Community Based Rehabilitation (CBRS) are recovery based services intended to build skills to be able to gain greater functioning within their communities and homes.

MUST have a Bachelors Degree or Licensed Social Worker (LSW), have a valid drivers license and insurance, and have the ability to pass a criminal background check.
