Our programs start with assessing your individual needs and implementing an evidence-based program. We then deevelop a mixture of counseling services that meet your unique needs is important to us. Any therapy service can be combined with another therapy service, based on what your needs & goals are. We are currently offering virtual counseling through approved telehealth platforms, as well as telephonic counseling.

 

Case Management
Linking people with valuable resources.

We believe that anyone can become the best version of themselves. Our team of highly skilled Case Managers know what resources are available, how to access them, and help support the process. From food, clothing, housing assistance, disability applications, to advocacy in the school setting, we are ready to help connect you and your loved ones with these vital needs.

CBRS
Community Based Rehabilitation Services

A skills training program to assist individuals and families with identifying, learning, and applying coping skills for struggles in their lives. The program is individually  centered- targeting behavioral and emotional issues which may be difficult to handle alone. Some common interventions target: improving communication, connecting individuals with social supports, parenting skills, teaching and implementing routines, impulse control, anger management, focus and concentration, organizational skills, self-esteem improvement, emotional regulation. If it is a concern, chances are, we can develop a plan to target the skills for improvement. We offer these services in conjunction and collaboration with other providers and therapies. This service is a community and home based service. Interventions will take place in the home, school, or community. 

 

YES Services
in coordination with Liberty Healthcare and IDHW

"Idaho is implementing a new system of care for children's mental health called Youth Empowerment Services (YES). YES provides options for families who need care for their children with serious emotional disturbance (SED). It is strengths-based and family-centered, and it incorporates a team approach that focuses on providing individualized care for children."- youthempowermentservices.idaho.gov

If your child has had an assessment through Liberty Healthcare and qualifies as an SED Kid,  currently offer Respite services and T.C.C. (Targeted Care Coordination).
