2-Assessment
Once your assessment is scheduled, we collaborate with other service providers who could help in our assessment process. Common documents we need:

Previous assessments from other mental health providers.

What to expect on Assessment Day
You will meet with a friendly therapist. They will ask you about where you are, where you have been and where you wish to go. It takes about an hour and a half to two hours.
3-Start Program
After you complete the assessment process and a treatment plan of action is set, you will be placed with a team of people or a single therapist. It all depends on what treatment recommendations are made and what you want.
You guide your treatment. We go at your pace and will implement a program plan that you agree to, while supporting you, giving you options, and recommendations.
